Our parent company, Builder’s Design, is one of the largest providers of interior design services to home builders for model home decor. With a staff of over 30 professional designers, we design hundreds of model homes each year. Our previously-viewed furniture from the model homes is sold discounted to the public when the model homes close.

Is your merchandise new or used?

Most of the merchandise in our showroom has been on display in model homes, but new furniture is stocked as well.

Where do you get your merchandise?

Our merchandise has been carefully chosen from among mid to high-end manufacturers by Builders Design’s talented staff of interior designers.

How often do you have new merchandise?

Every day there is new merchandise in our showroom. As items are sold off the floor, it is replaced with stock from our warehouse. There is always an opportunity to discover something new each visit.

How can I find out about special sales and big deliveries?

What day does your new stock arrive?

There is new merchandise added daily, but after a big sale weekend, shoppers can expect to see many new items. Following the close of model homes we have decorated is another big change in inventory, but the closings happen irregularly.

Do you offer delivery service?

We can arrange delivery for a fee or merchandise can be picked up at a later time if the items are too large to take the day of the purchase.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, and the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Card.

What is your return policy?

All merchandise sales are final, and sold as-is.
